Tour Itinerary
At 6pm, be ready in the lobby and be welcomed by our local guide. You first drive around Nguyen Hue walking street. As you could notice, this area is full of families and children during weekend. Vietnamese people like to go out at night for some fresh air after a long day at work. When we have a holiday or a show, it would be more over crowded with nice decorations.
Our first starter is Bun thit nuong, grilled pork with noodles. Depending in which restaurant you order your bún thịt nướng, you’ll find that it’s presented in different ways.
You have your sweet bits, sour bits, caramelization, some crunch, and aromatic herbs in a single, colourful arrangement. This was one of the more popular dishes at my mom’s restaurant back in the day!

After, you will taste a sugar cane juice. Some Asian countries love to have it in the summer time really. It cools you down somehow.
Have you ever seen a real inhabitant quarter of the locals in Sai Gon? It is very old quarter and not easy to find it out among the tall numerous buildings. Surely it will be very impressive. Let the guide explain some stories of those buildings and its structures before we try new dishes.
There is another simple dish that all Vietnamese especially kids love to eat. Bap xao, fried corn is one of the most popular street food in Saigon for low price, easy recipe and great taste. This kind of food is sold popular at rolling carts on Saigon streets or at corners near parks, at local markets, in front of schools, universities, etc.
We continue to pass by Nguyen Trai shopping street for only youngster. And our final stop would be seafood street. Let’s have some cup of fresh beers together “seafood coconut on fire”. It is a bit fun to hear but so tasty. Don’t miss it.
Get back to the hotel at around 10pm. End of the service.
