    Tour Itinerary

The first stop is a bakery famous for their Banh mi (a Vietnamese baguette filled with meat and vegetables). Do you wonder why every corner of the city you could find easily it? That means it is so delicious and locals love to eat anytime of the day.  But what is it really?

Banh mi is one of the most well-known examples of Vietnamese food. Even if you aren’t that familiar with traditional Vietnamese food or have never been to Vietnam, chances are you’ve at least heard of banh mi. It’s considered a Vietnamese national dish and can be found pretty much anywhere in Vietnam. Like any sandwich, you can basically put whatever you want in a banh mi so there are many varieties made with other ingredients as well like duck, egg, grilled chicken, fish cake, etc.

Then we will walk through an alley to reach an old couple serve water-fern cake in 30 years.

The third place is a street vendor where you will experience sitting on a small plastic chair and try BBQ pork as a real local.

After that, the old city will welcome you to night life with a fabulous scenery: thousands of colourful lantern light up the old buildings which used to be a busy harbour in 16, 17 centuries.

Now we will discover another site of Hoi An: the alleyway, a great way to escape from the busy to a quieter space where we will try the Chinese wonton and white rose dumpling.

Then we will go to the main dish: Hoi An Cao Lau noodle to full-fill you. After that, we will visit local family with a secret desert, then, you have a beer/ tea or a Vietnamese coffee beside the colourful Hoai River next to Japanese bridge so then you can enjoy by your own at night market or bars around.

Cao Lau, one of Viet Nam’s Greatest Culinary Treasures. Chewy noodles, smoky pork, crisp greens, crunchy croutons and refreshing bean sprouts: it may sound like an odd medley, but together these ingredients compose one of Viet Nam’s most iconic dishes, also its most mysterious. The dish is called cao lau, and it hails from Hoi An, a town in central Viet Nam.

    End of service.
